The Blood Council
Aurora Merlotte is the leader of the Blood Council.She is the one who turns Turkey into a vampire.She is very cunning and evil.She also tried to seduce Greece before he and Turkey got together.She is also Juri's enemy and the Guardians.She hates Tysinni,who is Turkey's guardian and Alanna.She can be very cruel.It is latered revealed her and Jessica are cousins.
Evory is probly one of the evilest out of the Blood Council.She hates Aurora with a passion and is always disobeying orders from Aurora.She had attacked Greece more then once because of Aurora ordering her not to.But she hates Prussia more then anything after almost being killed by him.
Dmitri is a vampire who loves Jessica.He is very calm and collected but also seems to taunt other beings(such as Jethro).He is actually trying to turn Jessica into a vampire(which will never work).
The High Command of the Nightwatchers
Commonly reffered to as 'The High Command' this is a group that carries order to Werewolf packs,the Blood Council and other Nightworld creatures(Shapeshifters,Succubuses etc)
Dmerta is the leader of the High Command.She is actually a seer or mage.She is very strict and uses a magic sword as her weapon.
Tia and Kia are twin succubi that work for Dmerta.They are very cunning and like to tease mortal men ALOT.
